I'm a film student working on transferring to a university this fall quarter and am a very big music enthusiast especially the metal genres. Lately on the music market in America I've felt that much of the music has been a poor effort overall. Record labels push out thousands of albums without going over anything hoping one of them will be a hit just to make more money. For me that isn't music. I know I'm no music master myself however I'm a firm believer of how synthesizers, music kits, and programs can allow the average person to create their own music. Because of this I decided to make the change I'd like to see in the music market. Over a year of nonstop working on GarageBand with the help of friends and members of the Mac Jams community for guidance I was able to create the album which was called "Universe Dreaming" crossing over ten genres. It has gotten much attention online and is released entirely for free. There's also a donations page if you would like to contribute anything which I'd greatly appreciate since it'll encourage me to possibly make a new album and also help with the funding for my college film projects. | Here I am on the right with my friend and Nightwish, one of my many influences for music. |
